Mike Maiman has been the President, CEO, Chairman of the Board and Founder of several manufacturing companies in the Los Angeles area over the past 22 years. He has excelled as a Professional in the field of sales, most notably, in the Los Angeles Garment/Textile Industry as well as publishing a pioneering "glossy" industry trade magazine called WEST COAST TEXTILE NEWS for two years. The companies controlled by Mr. Maiman at one time had a sales volume of over Fifty Million Dollars and had an aggregate payroll of four hundred employees. Mr. Maiman has a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University of Los Angeles that he received in 1973 and was on the Board of Directors of Jewish Big Brothers of Los Angeles for over five years. Besides having his California Real Estate license, he also is licensed for Fire & Casualty and Life Insurance for the state of California. He has personally managed two large-volume manufacturing plants that employed several hundred people and knows what business owners deal with, both in running their business and funding their business. Bob Keller has a varied background in business starting with his early years in Florida in Retail Management and as a Recruiter and Regional Director for United Sun Life Insurance Company. Mr. Keller moved to California in 1984 and become active in the garment/textile industry in sales, administration and marketing. He worked in several medium and large volume companies and excelled in personal relationships and communication. He decided to change his focus in the late 1990’s and moved back to the Life Insurance industry where he again became very successful. In early 2004 Mr. Keller received his California Real Estate License he has brokered several deals since his start and become a Partner and an integral part of The MKL Team at MKL Realty.
